2. Improved Mental Health - it can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, also improve overall moods. So basically it can help you to avoid some certain mental illnes.

Positive thinking can get you where you
want to be when you put your mind to it
& keep at it I do it all the time & it gets
me where I want to be, cause I'm a
strong minded person.

That is true, positive people can go everywhere even they have a lot of things in their shoulder. So keep being positive even there is a lot of problem. Like they said happiness is found within also being positive.
