Sony - What??

Sony announced that there is a new law on the prohibition of the sale of second-hand games for PlayStation. I have a wide collection of over 100 games that I planned to trade / sell / donate. I bought these games for thousands of dollars from official stores across the country, now they are "stuck" with me for the rest of my life. I don't understand this decision by Sony. The price of a disc is more expensive than the price of a digital game because the whole advantage of buying a disc is that once you finish playing it you can go to the store and exchange it for another game. Absolutely crazy decision!! In the meantime, I donated half of the games to orphans. Currently considering what to do with the rest of my games, any suggestions?

It's NOT a new law. that has always been part of the Terms of Service. "You must not resell either disc-based games or digital games, , unless expressly authorised by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher.” OF COURSE It's illegal to prevent customers from reselling video games they purchased so this ToS would never hold up in court. Sell your games, you risk nothing.
