There is not someone out there for everyone

There is not someone out there for everyone. People say this way too much to people who need to work alot on themselves. Some people/are dying alone everyday. Before you say this is a depressing narrative, I think people should look at being happy by themselves and enjoying things on their own. A relationship is just a side piece of happiness

You are right, we cannot see the future, I am married from many years, I am happy, but another day is never granted.

It's very true. If we are happy alone we can be happy with others too.

You are correct. The saying is a misnomer and wishful thinking. It's definitely not true for everyone.
