Something I'd like to do

Just thought of posting this when I saw the above quote on a January 1 calendar page on a comic strip online (credit above).
I haven't been big on New Year's resolutions myself for some time. I mean, usually they're about dieting or exercising more, and I never completely keep them.
This year, though--I can't think if it was more toward the end of the year or how long its been going on, but I'd like to spend less time on the computer and more time on my projects.
Maybe it was just November and December, but I noticed that I've been spending way too much time playing computer games. The last couple of days I remember thinking while sitting they're playing, "What are you doing? Go do something constructive."
So, dag nabbit, that is what I hope to do this year--call it a resolution if you want--at least as far as games. MyLot and another site I've been making a little money on recently I'll do, but I really need to slow down on the games, they're fun, but a total waste of time.

I make it an effort to work on my computer to make a living doing surveys to be paid on payday so I can feed my family and pay my bills.

Yes, that is a good reason to be on the computer. I just noticed that I have been playing too many games when I could be doing other things.

They can get addictive, I'll give you that. Best of luck to you. I have never been one to promise myself I'll do something every year. I believe in smaller more manageable goals.

Yeah for me it is randomly scrolling Facebook when I could do other, more profitable and helpful things. I also need to move more and hydrate better.
