Siblings in Virginia share lottery winnings

Tim Conwell who is a resident of Cedar Bluff Virginia made an agreement with each other that if one of them would win a huge lottery prize, they would share the winnings 50/50.
Tim purchased a Cash 5 with EZ Match at a market in Cedar Bluff Virginia. When the drawing of the lottery ticket on December 18, Tim matched the five numbers that Tim based on birthday dates as well as family dates.
Tim and his brother Steve will split the $230,000 prize money before taxes equally. Congratulations on the Conwell brothers for winning the lottery prize before Christmas.
