The Niagra Falls Police Department in New York answered an emergency call on Wednesday afternoon when a sheep managed to get away from his owner.
The police officers with the assistance of an animal control officer were able to capture the loose animal who was wandering the back yard of a resident.
After the sheep was captured by both the police officer and the animal control officer, the sheep was then taken to the Lakeview Animal Sanctuary where the employees of the sanctuary are hoping to find the owner of the sheep and how the sheep got away from his owner.

You are right that the owner of the sheep could be found if a sheep can talk.

On the photo, the sheep looks big and healthy with so much wool.

That is true since a healthy sheep is good news for the owner of the animal when they reunite.
