Mail truck came early...

I went to get yesterday's mail, which turned out to be a W-2 from a substitute job I had last year, and as I was walking away, here comes the mail truck! 
I didn't think they came that early (before 11 a.m.) but I walked around a building and came back to see if the mail truck stopped, and sure enough, by the time I came around the building, all of the mailboxes were open and the mail carrier was putting mail in. Huh.
So, I'll get it when I go for an afternoon walk. Thankfully it's not raining now, but I hope it's not raining too hard later, or I'll wind up getting today's mail tomorrow.
Yesterday's mail turned out to be an ad, people wanting money, and a W-2 from a daycare I substituted at a few times last year. I'll have to make a new folder for tax stuff.
Right now I need to finish unloading the dishwasher, which I started when the computer was warming up, and then put stuff from the sink into it.

Sometimed our mail rider surprises us. But hardly ever.
