No Get Up And Go

Today, I feel just absolutely wore out. I haven't much energy, maybe because I'm constantly hearing about the weather next week, and seeing all the people caught in snow, and houses flattened by tornados. Perhaps, I shouldn't watch so much news, but the 3 escaped from detention are still on the run. Perhaps it's just the dreary weather. I may have to get me one of the lights I hear about on mylot. I can't remember when I've felt depressed. Soon I'll be going to bed, I'll mylot for awhile, hopefully I'll feel better. Hope so.

Too much bad news can make you feel that way. I think maybe find something enjoyable to do rather than watch news.It generally can be hard to take.Feel better!.

Agree, the news that we watch may be just a tiny fragment of so many things happening..and by default news will show negative things that are attracted easily

A few years ago, I cut down on the news I watched. I just watch the morning news now unless it is tornado weather. It made me feel better. I hope you can feel better too, and that if you need a “happy” light you can find a good one.

If you know something's dragging you down.... take a break from it. Especially the news. I hope a good night sleep helps you feel better.

Hope you feel better after sleeping. I have one of those lights and love it. I never had depression problems but last spring I started feeling kinda nervous and not sleeping good. It has been a help

We may all become firm believers in those lights. I know when it is dull I feel just worn out. Even though it is cold and snowy outside right now, the sun is shining and bouncing off the snow so it is bright, but I also took a nap. Bob is taking one now.

For my anxiety I read a little bit of some news to make sure no one will drop anything down on my head and after that I do not watch news because I could have an attack, I hope you have a good night, feel better, and have a good start to the weekend,

I think part of depression is feeling exhausted and tired. I hope you feel better soon.

I hope that you feel better. This time of year, all the bad news 24/7 is enough to make us all feel down. You should check into that light. I have heard good things about them

Sometimes what we see and hear in news makes us feel that this is the most depressing situation, however in reality things may or may not be that bad.

@popciclecold Yes, we fear the chilly wind with snow. The temperature has decreased here and it's colder than before.

Did I miss something? what kind of light are you talking about? cause from the sounds of it I may need to find me 1 as well. I hope you can get to feeling better, I'm fixing to get ready for bed & call it a day, after I take my sugar count to record it in my sugar level book to have for the dr's when I see them again.
