... Of the newest logbook journal I just uploaded to kdp. It's for those that make pottery and have to keep track of the glazes used and other things in the art of pottery making. It could also be used for writing in general too. Someone at church asked if I could make something like that. I uploaded one using the pic I shared here with the image of our snow last week but that journal is taking a long time to be approved. I'm guessing it's because I used an AI app to come up with the image. I meant to see if I could use the tin eye program in my computer if that even still works but I forgot. This image came from pixabay, so I expect I'll be approved by Saturday at the latest. Next I'm going to try to get some Valentine's Day journals designed and uploaded. As they say, third time's a charm. That took me three times of cropping. The image on the left jacket is a logo I made yesterday. I figure I'd people like my designs it'll help them remember my pen/business name.

Thank your, I do too. I initially had the background in green but made it transparent. I might end up keeping it in green to make it more legible. Although those that but it should be able to read it easily and I wanted a way to remind them who made it.

@just4him it is. It just looked like it changed a bit with the color I chose for the back of the book.

Lol, I forgot what I posted about and almost began talking about my supper. These designs are a bit of work but now that I've done more than ten, certain parts are fairly easy. First I have to decide what I want to do and go from there. Some parts of the process will always be hard because my right hand shakes from time to time. I hope to teach people how to do this eventually. But that will be after I begin making money.

@MarshaMusselman ........Silly girl! I suppose picking out what colors you want will save some time too.

@celticeagle a lot of time I pick out the colors after I decide on what picture to put on the top cover. There program I use is Canva and it will give me choices of colors based on what's in the cover. That makes that part easier.

@MarshaMusselman Since the source material can't be traced, as of right now, AI is tricky. It's best to avoid it if you can. I know, it's a big ask when you consider that it's dominiating our lives right now.

@kaylachan if each book will take forever to be okayed I think that's a good idea.

I did some research into copyrights of ai images and the US asking with some other countries aren't allowing AI images to be completed. The question some are concerned about is whose work was used for the AI program to use to invent what they do and are those works copyrighted? I'd think there would be no way to figure that out. Unless the companies building the AI tech will be forced one day to name their sources.

Thank you. I hope to do well with it especially once begin marketing or better. A fb friend told me about vendor groups you can participate in there. But I don't know yet how that works. I'd rather people buy directly from Amazon.

That's a really good idea for a journal. My Mum had a lot of entries in her diary to do with firing and glazes.
