Click On A Tag And Go On A Little Adventure

I know, I know. There's so little time and it seems so futile. But I tell you, it's something I do a lot around here and I find it rather entertaining.
Does that make me weird?
The fact is that there are posts galore around this site. Many from many years ago that can still be read, still be responded to, and plenty with old comments on them from people who are still here to respond to.
And it's worth it. At least I think so. There is so much that gets missed. But it can be found again.
I do it many different ways. But one of the ways I like to do it is to just click on a tag and see what pops up, and then scroll down the list of posts and spend some time commenting and responding.
Even on ones I know I will likely never get a response back from.
If you want to go on a little adventure, especially if it gets a little slow around here, and you still want to myLot, it is worth it to go hunting and see what gems you may have missed.
It might even strike new life into an old post and ignite a new discussion.

Yeah, I seem to recall when you were here before you hit up older posts as well more often. Maybe I am confusing you with someone else, but I swear you did that. Either way, I think it is a lot of fun and it is fun to breathe new life into older posts. Besides, there's so many, if you want to myLot more, the opportunity is certainly there, and I think a lot of these older posts and some of the comments on them deserve our attention.

@2ndchances24 You should return to doing that. Especially considering your long hiatus from the site. You missed quite a lot.

@porwest yeah I did, I use to have the older posts
book marked just so I could get on them after I did
all my response's I had coming from them.

I was wondering why all of a sudden you had been commenting on some of my older posts.

@porwest Wow, there’s that many posts? Imagine trying to read and comment on every one of those!

@moffittjc I am assuming there are that many considering each post has a number attached to it. For example, this one is post # 3,580,834. But I don't know where they started the counter. Was it 1 and so on and so forth?
Still, I know there has to be tons of posts. It's no less than 2 million I would think.

Yep. I was hunting. On an adventure. I find it fun. I know I am weird like that. But I do it often. I might be one of only a few who do it, or maybe the only one. Not sure. Either way. I actually wish more people did it. Supposedly there are nearly 4 million posts on myLot. I am sure out of all that I haven't seen much of anything around here. lol

Lots to go back to, really, when I think about it. And it's fun, too, to see some of the comments from people no longer with us, and even to comment back to them even though you know you won't get a response. Kind of keeps them alive in a way. Fun to see what people were talking about 3-5 and 10 years ago too.

I don't have time to peruse because I spend 3 hours a day reading the Discussions and Notifications of the people that I follow. Have a good weekend.

@porwest As long as I reach payout each month plus a little more, I'm satisfied. It all adds up. Better to keep in touch with all my friends.

It seems that may be case with many here. It's a shame. There's a lot of stuff out there. But of course, we can't live on here either. And I get it, most people say they don't care about the money, but whenever I post about doing something this, a lot of the time people say, "No reason to respond if no one responds back," which is code for, "I won't get paid for it." lol

I did hunt my old posts and I almost deleted all of them. I wondered why I even posted them.

@porwest I think I've ever deleted only two few years ago. I also prefer to let them be instead of deleting.
