Should I Be Concerned?

Recently my sister invited us over for a dinner party with other family and friends, and upon my first trip to the John I encountered this tower of toilet paper stacked in the dispenser there. I came out and asked my sister, "Should I be concerned?" "About what?" she asked. "The food," I said. She had a confused look and then I told her about the tower of toilet paper in the bathroom and she cracked up. "Oh. THAT," she said. "That was Caleb's idea of a joke when I told him to fill the toilet paper for the party." Caleb is one of her sons by the way. I actually think this was pretty funny. What would you think if you went to a dinner party and saw that much toilet paper standing at the ready?

I probably would have wondered just like you did I don't know, though, if I would have asked and probably would have just kept my thoughts to myself.

In our family, keeping thoughts to ourselves is an entirely foreign concept, as you might imagine considering it's a completely foreign concept for me around here. lol

My daughter stacks her toilet paper that high, but that's because she always buys the mega packs of toilet paper. I always just buy the packs that have like 4 or 6 rolls in the pack. That was pretty funny to see though.

@porwest My daughter just recently came home with two mega-packs of paper towels (they were BOGO). I think we now have enough paper towels to last us the next 2 years. lol

I think I’d take all that leaning tower of toilet paper and put it straight against the wall ’cause I’d worry it will topple over.

@porwest I’m surprised lol. It looked on the verge of toppling over.

I usually stack 5 rolls on the vanity in the bathroom. That picture is pretty funny. Have a good weekend.

@porwest I'm always funny about running out of stuff. I'll stack 5 packs of wipes, 5 rolls of TP and put 2 bottles of mouthwash on the vanity.

In our front bathroom we have a dispenser similar to the one in the picture. You can fit three on the bottom and the one in use goes on the bar on top of it.

It's funny too for Caleb to arrange the toilet paper like that. I would also think I'm supposed to watch what I eat.

Sometimes he can have a pretty good sense of humor. Most of the time he is a bit too cocky for his own good. He's the one I am most worried about later on. lol

I would be thinking they expected round 2 of the pandemic. It is funny and looks rather like something Dr. Seuss would have drawn.

He filled the stall with toilet paper tall. It climbed high, high along the wall. In case of eats not so neat, guests could seat to unload the food not so good to eat. Best to prepare for a meal that may not fare, for what a nightmare if toilet paper weren't there. Sorry. I couldn't resist a little poem when you mentioned Seuss.

Nothing worse than finding a stall with an empty dispenser. I imagine it is worse for women since most of the time all a man is looking for is a urinal. lol
