Kefir is a very healthy beverage. It has minerals, vitamins, and probiotic bacteria. My mom bought some kefir without lactose because I am lactose intolerant. Everything without lactose is more expensive.
There are several ways to eat kefir. One is to pour it over your cereal. We can bake with it or cook with it. It can be added to soups or mashed potatoes. I read that we can make ice cream with kefir. There are many ways to eat it. Do you eat kefir in one way or another?

Sorry. I'm not familiar with kefir. A healthy beverages we have are coconut water, pineapple juice, orange juice, guyabano juice, among others.

@dya80dya Before coconut is given free for most people don't know its nutritious or healthy value. Now they know. Coconut water costs a lot now.

I haven't tried kefir. Wonder if it's available here. Yogurt is much more popular.

Used to make it myself with milk, I do not like the water kefir mix. Used it for a long time as a replacement for yoghurt. I often had too much of it, so then I made kefir cheese, which is basically similar to labneh. Sometimes it over-fermented then I used to make a hard brined cheese similar to feta. It is a good thing to eat. Here we get it in the shops easily.

I have not heard of that but we have enough of those healthy foods here as well. I eat curds with honey every day and also drink butter fly pea flower tea

I know what it is and I drank a lot of it in Latvia. I don't think it is available here and when I once bought buttermilk it was nothing like what I enjoyed in Latvia.

It is my first time to hear about kefir. I've never used it. I'm glad it has many uses.
