Thanks to the work of Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) Deputy Ricardo Santiago showed his ability to drive in his auto safely to make sure that a horse that was running on a slick road as well as an icy road on Tuesday afternoon. Deputy Santiago was able to keep the horse that escaped from a corral by keeping the horse away from traffic that was on the state highway to avoid the horse from being injured by a driver. The good new is that the horse was picked up by its owner who was driving a trailer on the highway to pick up the horse and reunite the horse whose gender was not revealed back to the owner the same day. There were no injuries reported in this incident. Link is upi.com/9021705614202 via @upi

You are right since a motorist could have ran over the horse by accident.

A loose horse on a road could cause a lot of trouble. I'm glad it all turned out okay.

Glad the horse was rescued, I must say that was an intelligent horse he knew he could get much farther on horse-power since gas is expensive

Concentrating on the horse like that though, and probably going rather slowly, he was lucky that another speeding inattentive motorist didn't crash into him too. Good that the owner was nearby to stop anymore horsing around by his horse.
