What's for dinner? January 28 / myLot

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am making breaded chicken tenderloins. I have them soaking in buttermilk with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I will bread them with panko and fry them in vegetable oil. To go with I'm going to have steamed sugar snap peas and some stuffing from a box. Nothing fancy but it will be good. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!

We had a full set meal at a muslim restaurant . A full size fried fish, a veggie, shredded egg, a bowl of tom yum soup and 4 plates of ruce. All for $ 17

It sounds really good to me! I made a kettle of split pea soup with ham. I was hungry for it, and hadn't made it in awhile. So, so good. Son wanted corn muffins with it, so I stirred up some and baked those, too. Really hit the spot!
