Run for the hills!!! I’m experimenting in the kitchen!!!! When I was a kid my mom made salmon croquettes. I can’t eat fish anymore due to allergies, so why not try a chicken croquette? It’s sitting over there, waiting for the potatoes to finish cooking, before I toss it in the skillet. If I post tomorrow from the emergency room you’ll know it wasn’t successful. At the beginning of January I got a note from the online tax service I use that touted that I could “file now, pay later!” I was worried that they knew something, so I signed in with a little apprehension. All for naught: I got a pleasant surprise for a refund. I watch a lot of weather things, as you know. I have three daily vlogs to watch: the local one, one from Birmingham, Alabama, and one from Youngstown, Ohio. They all agree that the weather is going to be calm in February then get wintry again late in the month. With that threat, I’m putting off my winter escape until after my February appointment. That’ll be cool, because if I go to Florida the spring training games will be under way!!! As you can see by the photo, which I took last year on vacation, I’m waiting for the OFFICIAL weather word on Friday. Will Phil see his shadow???
