Missing wallet that was lost in a river in Arizona returned to its owner 28 years later

Jeremy Bingham who was out kayaking and swimming with his relatives in the Salt River in San Carlos Arizona on in the spring with his relatives when he found a wallet near the Goldfield Mine in Apache Junction that is 15 feet deep. The missing wallet that was lost by Julia Hsia in 1995 when she was in Arizona visiting her cousin Arnold when he drove his new truck and attempted to drive across the river. Due to the high water, the truck went downstream and was filling up with water when Julia and Arnold and her then six year cousin Matthew and her then boyfriend Paul who were able to reach the shore with the help from Paul and some onlookers but she lost her wallet in the process. Jeremy used the internet and he was able to contact her via social media to inform her the good news that he found her wallet that had credit cards and a driver license which will be sent to Lisa who now lives in Chicago Illinois.
