We have a new dean and our toxic boss can't manipulate our new dean

We're so happy because our previous Dean was fired. We didn't know the reason. Our previous Dean was so closed to our toxic boss. Dunno where Dean is now, no one dares to ask. Somebody might have reported her because she's lazy. The new dean is hard to get by our toxic boss. He's a firm Dean, hardworking, and recommended right away salary increase to teachers full - time and part- time and it's ongoing. He's also diplomatic, no discrimination to part timers which his subordinates like. Our toxic boss showed her straight attitude after her favorite and Croc Dean was fired by the university Board of Regents. We are hoping she'll be removed, but no way she'll retire next year. Oh what a life. Teaching is boring having a toxic boss showing her long face almost every day.

@just4him but we don't trust her being silent. Who knows what's on her mind.

@LadyDuck yes Anna,, and the salary for part timers are processed earlier unlike the previous almost 3 months to wait . I pity the part time teachers. Hunger cannot be made part time.

It would be nice if that toxic pain in the rear was put out to pasture, because let’s face it: no matter what, that woman will never change. Thank goodness you have the hope that the new dean will be better than the one the toxic lady got along with.

It's good that your new Dean is firm, hardworking and takes care of the welfare of the teachers. Most important of all, he is not that close to your toxic boss.
