Yesterday February 6 was my little guy's birthday. Can't believe he's 9!!! Feels like just yesterday we were bringing him home. We ordered some McDonalds, since that's what he wanted for dinner. We had some cake as well. We're planning to have a birthday party for him on the 17th. Time just goes by too fast.

We were a little late sending out invites. Plus we get paid a few days before, which does help. Either way it was mostly just giving people time to rsvp and not sending invites sooner.

A very Happy Birthday to your son. I can remember stretching out in my bed when I turned ten, and thinking how big I was. Reaching double figures was a big deal to me.
