What's for dinner? February 11

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! It is just me here tonight so I'm not doing a big meal for the Super Bowl. I am trying a new recipe though--pretzel focaccia with beer cheese dipping sauce. Yum. Bread, beer, cheese--what's not to like? I will stuff my face with carbs and cheese this evening. Why not? That is what is happening here. What are YOU having tonight? Share with us!

I made a beef stew with onions, carrots, celery and potatoes, and of course beef. It was delicious. Unfortunately I did not snap a picture of it.
