What Our High Street Needed!

Normally I miss this corner of the High Street, but glad I took a detour this morning.
Appropriate for Valentine’s Day, I found a new cake shop had opened. I was not sure what to expect as they don’t use eggs, but I have to say they were some of the lightest cakes I had eaten and not overly sweet.
Needless to say, now I have found them I think I shall be enjoying a slice now and again.
