In the past two days I've had a good workflow. I've managed to make payout twice on one of my earning sites, as well as made a good chunck of change here. I may have to tweek my schedule as things normalize, but I think I have a good thing going. If I can keep this up, stressing over bills will be a thing of the past. I'm so happy.

I'm hoping that Medicare or your insurance (or both) helps things, and the VA will take a burden off by limiting the price of the prescriptions.

He's too young to qualify for any secondary insurance (he's only 63), so it's just the VA. And, I'm cringing already at that bill.

@FourWalls That's true, but I still can get sticker shock, and cringe when bills come. They are like the only bill that comes in the mail anymore.

@kaylachan -- there's a couple of good things about the VA. One, you know the rate they charge, so there aren't a ton of surprises. Two, you can easily talk to them about payments (unlike "civilian" medical places, which seem to want to provide financial aid to you as a last resort).
