in everyday's busy life we forgot to focus on many small things,out of this focus on mental health is one of the things..You should take out time to be yourself,to talk with you.You have to ensure you feel good..

That's true. Take some time everyday to sit silently and relax and regain back the energy that you lost. That keeps you mentally healthy.
