I love John 14-17, the Last Supper. So much meat there. And the most special part of it for me is when Jesus prays for all of His followers then and all of us from that time on. The prayers of Jesus are always answered. He is praying for all of us believers. To me, that is really awesome.
I love all of the Bible and many other special portions. But when I am down, that passage comforts me.
How about you? Do you have any special portions of Scripture that mean a lot to you?

I have so many favorite verses! The Holy Bible truly is the Living Word of God. Proverbs 14:19 says that houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the Lord. I quote that one to my husband at times, lol.

I love Proverbs. So much wisdom. Over the years I have tried to read a chapter of Proverbs a day through the month and repeat every month. I am not that successful at it. That and 5 chapters of Psalms will get you through both books every month.

@capirani I guess Proverbs and the book of James are two of my favorite books of the Bible. James has such clear down to earth advice on Christian life.

My favourite verse is the most popular verse, John 3:16.
This verse encourages me since it shows us how God really loves us.

I like John 17. I like that Jesus prayed for his disciples and all of us. John 17 also teaches me how to pray. Sometimes when I lack words to pray, I read Jesus prayer.
