Having the city Cemetary visible from the highway can be a deterrent to fast driving.

In Jerusalem, the main cemetary is visible as you are driving in from the west. You can see some individual headstones as you drive by. This often makes me slow down, so that I can arrive at home in one piece and not end up in the cemetary. Your thoughts, good or bad for driving safely?

It's probably a good thing but you'd probably get used to and not really notice it any more.

Oh yes, that might be a good way to remind them. Luckily I do not drive anymore.

People get used here and they do not even look at the cemetery anymore.
