Toddler playtime, meet and greet and the rest of the week

I told you already about the eye doctors appointments so I will skip that except to say that this photo is of a decoration I saw there. On Tuesday my little one and I went to the final toddler playtime at our local library. It was such fun for my daughter I wish it continued weekly but in mid March a story hour will start up and that should be nice too. At the thrift store my daughter works at they had a big bag of children books they were going to throw out. I went shopping there then took those books home with me to fill up little free libraries with. Wednesday I moved as I was waking up and wrenched my neck. It’s bothered me since. My daughter has been wanting a smoothie so I made her one for the first time and she loved it. We dyed some rice and added it to her sensory bin. Looks nice and colorful. My daughter has been calling ponies nay-he’s which is similar to the sound one makes. I thought it might make you smile. Saturday was a busy day. My husband, my stepson and their friend went hunting and then went to an annual rabbit hunt dinner event. They left before I got up and got home after I went to bed. It was a long drive. I took my son to get blood work and then he, my little one and I left town. We went to the mall for a meet and greet event for Daniel Tigers Neighborhood. My son had gone along with us so he could look for some clothes at the mall and thrift stores but he didn’t find any anywhere we looked. My nose ran non stop the entire day but I had a nice time out with two of my kids. Sunday I finished up a book called “The night we met” by Debbie Macomber and Lee Tobin McClain. I didn’t care for either story in the book.
