Tuna Salad Sandwich for Supper

Jay wanted to have chili tonight for supper. My stomach wasn't in agreement with this idea. So, I fixed myself a tuna salad sandwich and it was delicious! For some reason, I didn't want a hot supper tonight. Jay could eat chili every day, but I certainly can't. At times, we eat different foods for our evening meal, it's no big deal. We had leftover peas & carrots, so I ate a bowl of those, also. Jay's mowwing on a bowl of ice cream. Whatever floats his boat:) This picture was borrowed from Pixabay, it's not my actual sandwich.

We usually eat the same dinner except on Fridays when we order. But we both fix our own lunch. Usually something simple like a sandwich or bowl of cereal

I have been eating more cereal lately, it's much healthier than eating some foods.

I put some pre-cooked frozen chicken wrapped in bacon bites in the oven for my husband and me. But it was a little too early so we found ourselves hungry around 7pm and we both grabbed a bowl of cereal. My husband won't touch tuna salad. I would have loved to make those for us.

We have to eat before 6:00P, to keep from adding a spare tire on the waist-line. Early dinner, more evening time to wear off the calories.

@kobesbuddy My cut-off time is around 7:30 now. I don't eat when I get up until around 1-2pm so there is still a great fasting period. Plus I exercise. As for my husband, he works out and eats whatever he wants whenever he wants. He thinks the exercise makes up for it.

We happened to have tuna sandwiches for lunch today too! I love chili, but I couldn't handle having it too often.
