Hello again, myLot!

I went for a 31-minute walk this morning. I talked with one of my neighbors, and she said she would drive me to my first appointment with the Department of Rehabilitation guy. 
She must be used to getting up early.
Now that I'm home, I've cleared some space on the stovetop and counter, and I want to try to make those cookies I've been posting about. Hopefully I have all of the ingredients.
I tried to figure out how to use the little coffeemaker the pastor gave me, and I thought I was following the directions, but I wound up just making a mess and misplacing one of the coffee maker pieces. 
Oh, well.
Now, I'm off to attempt to make cookies--though first I need to shoot my neighbor the address of the place I need to go to.

i am enjoying my day working at home completing surveys as well as sharing good news stories here after I had my eye exam this morning.
