I just read that plain water is the best for our kidneys. I found a very tasty mineral water. It is spring water with an amazing taste. I will try to drink it instead of drinking tea. I usually drink herbal tea and I never drink green or black tea. I read that spring water is the healthiest water. There are so many types of water and we don't know what should we choose.

I said that I buy bottled water for the cats, that isn't the only type water they drink. Uhhh, I have caught them drinking out of the toilet too. I'm not too sure of what classification that water comes under, but I don't use any of the drop in cleaners with tons of chemicals in them. It's just plain clear water that ends up in the tank and then the bowl.

I don't have extra money to buy spring water--what I do is get a glass of water from the tap and if I have time, put it in the fridge so that it will get cold. I like my water cold.

@dya80dya It depends on the weather sometimes. When my hands are cold, I like hot water/tea so I can hold onto a hot cup and warm up my hands!

I drink plain water too. We boil tap water then let it cool before drinking.

I drink a combination of water and tea. When I moved into "town" from out in the country and turned on the tap for the very first time the chlorine smell was so awful and so strong that I wouldn't drink tap water at all. I buy bottled water for both myself and my cats. I read a LOT on drinking tea, and drink it through the day, between the tea and water it's a matter of flushing your kidneys and keeping hydrated.

@dya80dya During the late Spring and Summers here I will drink either, as long as it's cold and stands still long enough for me to pick it up!!! I make iced tea by the gallon and it's the main thing in the fridge.
