Early Morning Thoughts

Parrots came today, in our garden. I was unable to take photos because they flew before I could. It’s been a long time since they came. Earlier they used to make their nest in the hollow of a tree opposite the road facing us. But boys, men, used to eye the fledglings and that was a threat to them.
I see their visitations as a kind of hope.
Earlier I was reveling in the thought that how important a good night’s sleep is. It’s kind of me resting in my own body when I wake up. Does that make sense?
Today is Women’s Day. A day in among the 365 days when women are remembered. Of course Men’s Day is also celebrated. But why one day in a year? Then what about the Transgenders and the others?
I am reading a book entitled, ‘Pain a Portal to Enlightenment’ and I intend to finish it. Today is very auspicious and I want to spend the day with good thoughts.
The silence here, early in the morning is comforting. I can still hear the parrots screech. That is welcoming too.
Have a great weekend MyLotters!

I wonder about the transgenders. Soon they will have transgender day.
I hope the parrots visit next time.
