Women's day and Shiv ratri on the same day this year.

This is the only day on 8th March when women are given special attention but ironically today is Shiv ratri in India when the women in India offer prayers to Lord Shiva who is the incarnation of " purush" or man which is all said to be a form of strength that Lord bestow the women to pass through all the hurdles of life. So the mentally strong women prays for physical and mental strength to lead a better life.

@aninditasen I hope you had a happy Mahashivratri this year.I had darshan in the nearest temple and offered water and belpatra to the Lord.

I don't go to the temple anymore because of my heart problem. I therefore prayed at home.
