The Older, the Healthier I am

I always record my running track. Earlier this year, I could cover 2.7 km by combining running and walking. But now -- I noticed in a couple of weeks -- 2.7 km distance felt a lot easier. I mean I covered it at one go -- non stop running. I didn't feel tired at all. Does this mean I am getting fitter?
My next work out plan will be to cover 7 km within less than an hour. I am not sure if I can make it or not. Hopefully, I will be able to do that.

Thank you Judy Evans. I should think that it's one of my ways to be healthier and fitter. It's cheap and no tools needed to work out.

@yanzalong That's very true. I've been watching (and following) a YouTube clip on 10 minutes exercises for seniors. I think that is doing me good too.

Yes you are!!
This is as a result of you toning your body by running.
Your muscles are strong.
Good job! Keep going Yanza.

@yanzalong Both my husband and I have heart problems, walking is great, but not too fast and not running.

Nice photo. It's nice you are getting fitter. Maybe it means you are taking good diet.
