Crazy Windy Day

Happy Monday Everyone! the sun is shining, it's chilly with gusting winds. We actually have a wind advisory until later this afternoon. I ordered an electric elliptical foot exerciser thing that I'm hoping will help with my knees. I had one that was manual, and I had trouble pedaling it, so it wound up in the basement. I've seen these electric ones advertised on tv and seeing that it moves without me having to do any of the work seemed like it would be something I can manage. I need to exercise but the pain in my knees keeps me from doing as much as I'd like. If it doesn't work, then I have 30 days to return it. The house across the street from me sold so we'll be getting new neighbors soon. I don't know what it is with this one house but it's like the 4th or maybe even 5th time it's sold since I moved here. I am one of the original homeowners along with most of the other people on my block. It's hard for me to believe that I've been here 14 years this month. My community is built on areas of farm land and my block is the first houses built and sold. It was really nice having lots of vacant land as they continued to build. Now it's all homes but sitll has a very country feel. There are times when I think about moving to a one story home but I love my house and when I can't deal with the stairs any more I'll have to invest in a riding chair lift. Certainly would be easier than all the packing and moving just to avoid stairs My day today isn't exciting (not that any of them are) Paid some bills, got the laundry going and now I'm having my coffee and seeing what's happening here.
