Would you all like if I start posting about my vegan Indian plates everyday?

Being in India. 90% of our meals are vegetarian. The remaining will consist of eggs and chicken and there is a very less population who will consider eating beef, pork, lamb and goat. I have recently seen many people around the world embracing Indian meals for the nutrition they are packed with and for the variety they come in veggies and innumerous dishes we make. For people who are turning vegan or vegetarian this must be a task on what to cook when it comes with veggies alone. I have been cooking since the age of 12. And my ancestors have some extremely delicious dishes which are been passed down to us. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in learning some amazing vegetarian and vegan healthy food to try out? As I will be posting one or two dishes every other week.

I enjoy Indian meals. As an English person brought up mainly on roast dinners, I am probably not that great at Indian meals I do try, though. I like to try different things. I'm not vegetarian but I do enjoy vegetarian dishes. I would love to see some of your meals and recipes. I need some ideas for new recipes!

I´d love to read about your dishes. I´m eating less meat now than when I was young. But I´m now cooking easier dishes so I am interested in cooking without having to be standing over a pot for a long time.

I am Italian and we have a "Mediterranean Diet", a lot of vegetables and fruits, olive oil, chicken and fish, almost no beef and no pork. I am interested to read about your vegan meals.
