I can buy myself flowers

as Miley Cyrus says. . . and I do. I don't splurge on expensive clothes or accessories. Funds have been a bit tight lately. I need some new pants and shoes but I've been holding off.
That being said I still need to do things for myself that make me happy even while just sitting here in the apartment with the cats. I ALWAYS have candles burning when I am here. They make me feel relaxed. I also often have fresh flowers in a vase on the dining room table.
Do I need either? Nope. Do they improve my mood and make me smile? Yes. That's money well spent in my opinion. These freaky blue daisies cost $7. I'm cool with that.

I totally agree with you. When I am done making some extra bit of cash I make sure that I not only get what my cats need but get myself something to make me smile Thanks for the video, Not a Miley fan but I like this song,

I only know 2 of her songs. This one and "Young" or "Used to be Young" or whatever it is called. I like that one too.

@NJChicaa I just wanted to add that I think the color of those flowers is amazing. My favorite color is purple and so the one thing I did for myself was to buy artificial purple roses so I would always have them,

That is a wonderful idea. Whatever makes you happy and feel good. Those flowers are beautiful. Good song choice the the strong, independent woman that you.

as for that song, i feel it is the best in a couple of years that i heard;all songs lately are tiring. well, t.swift song Loveris nice too
