Seems they always go out of their way to accommodate. No matter what he does he comes out ahead. I don't get it.

Why does he come out ahead? cause you & every 1 else knows
it's a scam just like everything else they have tried to get him on
they don't want him in office cause they KNOW they will be FIRED.

I think it's pretty ironic that they cut him a deal like they did
cause they KNEW they had no case against him for that
kind of $ they TRIED to get from him, another slam dunk.
