I´m at home and mylotting a bit in bed. Juanita just finished a load of clothes but Anita will hang them. I decide to cook a light lunch. I will make a rice omelette with diced cheese and tiny bunch onions. We don´t need a big lunch because I have still chocolate cake and we can each have a big piece for dessert. Anita will make a tomato and onion salad to go with it. It will be perfect.

Omelettes are probably one of the dishes I prefer. And they are so easy to make! See you later.

I normally eat omelette with cornmeal. I've ever tried it with rice and it was nice but I'm not used to that combination. Enjoy your lunch.

I did. My fingers were hurting but now, after rubbing them with Diclofenac cream I´m better.
