Have you watched this spectacle yet?:) I was at the movies on Wednesday, 2weeks ago. Why on Wednesday, you may wonder well, tickets were cheaper and only on that day, i got even an extra discount with the app that use. Back to Javier, he was really good, embraced itself in the role and almost all the movie talked in a new language, that movie used. As for Chalamet, he was the pailest that i've ever seen him Are you a fan of sci-fi genre?

No, I am not a fan. My interest is gone soon. Actually, I can't find anything I like lately.

I am a sci-fi fan. I've seen Dune a couple of times, but it confuses me. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

@grenery8 I haven't seen the new one, only the original one. I think I tried reading the book too many years ago. That also was confusing.

you watched the movie so many times, really? that is cool. precisely that, it is so confusing. i admired a good camera shot but all the rest, name of places and characters, i didn't remember them much. i remember it was first Dune series and i liked it more than this movie.

I liked the movie and really enjoyed Bardem's performance as well. He made me laugh at times. I thought the film was unnecessarily long, though.

I like more mystery, crime and thriller than sci-fi.

I tried to watch the first Dune...I tried 3 times to watch it...Fell asleep in the first 30 minutes. Woke up and it was STILL going...I got up and went to bed. Every time I watched it, I fell asleep and it was at the same spot in the movie every time I woke up..I guess...seemed like it. Not into Sci-Fi. There are even Drama movies I have fallen asleep duing..LOL Unless I have something to do while I watch a movie, I doze off.
