(Some) Effects of Excessive Anger

When a person gets excessively angry,they have a higher risk of heart attack (this has been documented.)
With that said, it's important to have healthy ways to deal with things that set off anger.
Beyond the fact that excessive anger raises heart attack risk, being in a state of excessive anger isn't great for rational thinking either.
We may say or do things we wouldn't normally, often regrettable things (I certainly know this from personal experience.)

I agree, a lot of people do need anger management help. The ones I do not understand, are things people get angry about that no one can fix--like bad weather, or an earthquake, or some big thing that just happened...you can't fix it, there isn't anything that can be done except to move forward, but yet they are angry.

Your anger shouldn't last long, excessive anger attracts the wrong energy spiritually. So also is happiness, it attracts beautiful spirits around you.

I totally agree, cause being I'm Indian, Irish German & Swedish
& the sign of the bull, with all that I have a temper that is hard
to keep cool at times, BUT I do know how to get away from the
problem & speak my mind WAY from the person that has P me off.
