It is not unusual for horses who run away from home due to the fact that they see greener pastures outside of their home. A handful of horses were seen running around the campus at Virginia Tech University which is located in Blacksburg on Thursday evening. Two Virginia Tech campus police officers were able to get the horses into a fenced in area when the authorities could deal with the matter of the loose horses. According to officials at the university, the horses just wanted to eat grass outside of their home. Link is cbs2iowa.com/news/offbeat /h...

I'm glad they were able to capture the horses before they got hurt.

I wonder if the grass really was greener on the other side of the fence.
