That is an adorable face in the photo, Great memories, Oh, yes, did a lot of hopping and bopping in my day. Also enjoy going to formal dances Latvians organized and doing ballroom type dancing,

I remember Hullabaloo but I don't remember the nightclub setting and only professional dancers on the floor. I remember Paul Revere and the Raiders but I don't remember that song and I never had a Mondrian-inspired dress but I did have those go-go boots.

@rebelann At the time I was only a Bcup, so I could have gotten away with it. The boots were used.

I remember dancing like that. Today I would pull a muscle or worse. Have a good week. The picture is adorable.

Was that Michael Landon, Little Joe!!! Here's another really good Paul Revere tune... That's how I get my Kicks, lol. That's Goldie Hawn dancing on the right. (just kidding)

Me too, I had 3 of their albums by 1969 and only saw them on Hallabaloo or Shindig if I was allowed to watch, mom had a strict rule about watching TV, she felt it was much more important to be outside in the fresh air ..... in the 60s most moms I knew were always home with the kids and many were strict like mine.

Wow that brings back some memories. I always loved Paul Revere and the Raiders not to mention Hullabaloo and go go dancers. I'm sure your chair got a good workout with that song.

I'm having a blast finding all those forgotten tunes and dance shows from the 1960s, I was so surprised at just how long ago they formed.
