I'm guessing that my walk to the bank, then to the grocery store, around inside the grocery store, to the office to pay my rent, and then home was at least an hour. I deposited a check into the bank, then walked back to the grocery store to pick up a couple of things I was either out of or close to being out of, and then came back to the apartment complex, paid the rent, and came home. Right now, it's about twenty minutes to noon, so I'll do a bit of cleaning and then have lunch. Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

I’m finally feeling fairly normal after a rough morning. Now I’m charging all my devices in preparation for the severe storms coming.

You had a nice walk and got a lot accomplished. I went to the bank and filled the car with gas this morning. I cleaned some when I got home, cooked and did the dishes.

An hour walk is really good. I go for two half hour walks every day.

Do you wear a pedometer or have a Fitbit? I wonder how many steps you walked? I wear a pedometer every day and try to challenge myself to walk 7,000 - 8,000 steps every day. Once I get through my recent health issues, I will go back to trying to walk 8,000 - 10,000 steps every day.
