Last night's dream.

Last night I had another dream. This dream was about painting. I had painted some pictures and they were put up in a hall where they were available to buy. I went to have a look. The paintings were all over the walls, but some were overlapping. They were not framed. Some of them looked like I had just painted the paper or canvas with an undercolour, say raw sienna, then just painted the outlines of a building or a street scene with a brush and a colour like burnt umber, and that was it! There were tables and chairs set out. We sat down. Some people were painting. Other people were admiring my paintings. I painted another painting and asked where I should put it. Then I asked if I could use the toilet. Before I got there I heard a woman shouting upstairs. Someone said, Oh, it's alright, she's just shouting for her husband! Then I went outside and set up my easel. There were some guys outside. They were going to explore the mine. There were two lids in the ground, one happened to be the mine. They lifted the lid to reveal a hole in the ground. There was no proper lift thing to take you into the mine! I don't know how far down it went, but you just had to sit on the edge of the hole, put your legs down into it and push off......! I was painting and one of the guys said to me, Do you want to go down the mine? I said, No, thanks, I'll leave that to you! So he went down the mine. I don't know what he found and I don't know how he got back out! I took my finished painting back into the hall. All the paintings had gone from.the walls. I said, where have all the paintings gone? Someone said, We've taken them upstairs. I asked if I could use the toilet again. This time I actually remember getting to the toilet! It looked like an outside toilet but it was inside near the back door. The door was plain wood, not painted. I looked at the lock. It was very basic and I didn't know if it would hold the door! I was considering not locking the door, because no-one was going to come. But then I thought, oh, go on, why not? So I turned the flimsy lock and tried the door and to my surprise it held fast! I heard the woman upstairs shouting for her husband again. She was going on and on! And then I heard another voice shout, Oh, shut up woman! And then I woke up! Have you had any interesting dreams lately? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

Do you paint in real life, or only in your dreams?

@LadyDuck Well, it's a slow one. I have to stir it every 10 minutes until the water has reduced to nothing. My soy milk had curdled, so.I didn't know how it would come out, but it was fine. I've chucked the last of the soy milk and I'll get some more tomorrow. I finished it at almost 5:00pm.
