Can you share an idiom?

I heard an idiom earlier and that is "bring something to the table." According to the online cambridge dictionary, that means to provide something that will be a benefit. In an organization for example, I know everybody can bring something to the table. Each of us has a gift or skill to offer to benefit a particular organization. Is there an idiom you would like to share with us?

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. More of a saying than an idiom..but it can work.

@elmer0421 I also like that one and it is so true. When we made tortellini with Mom and Grandmother it took no time to finish the job.

I don´t know many idioms or sayings in English. But my sister lived in England for many years and she says "look at the plant" when she doesn´t want to get involved in a discusion.
