I'm pregnant!

The baby is so beautiful!
I'm not sure who the mother is, as I'm a bit of a trollop, but I love babies.
Wait. I'm lying again.
But I did have a sonogram this morning. I reckon it's a screening for problems with a big artery that comes off of the heart and goes down into the groin area. Standard procedure here for young old people.
It only took about fifteen minutes, and the lady who put the slimy stuff on my tummy and massaged me with some kind of prod (sorry, Vanny, it didn't hurt) was very nice and very talkative.
OK, I lied again.
It was painful, but only in that I was not allowed to eat for six hours before the sonogram, meaning I had to skip breakfast.
I am heating up some leftover burrito in the oven.
Is your Tuesday off to an interesting start?
I'll try to find a photo of one of my younger friends (from a few years ago). I actually do enjoy babies.

I've never found ultrasounds to be painful. You must be a wuss.

Some new Mylotter might drop her tracks after reading one of your posts.

You mean someone could misinterpret my posts about how Suburban Liberals drive me crazy, brown people, especially those from India, bother me (and especially those named @Vandana7), and how a Filipino singer of love songs is courting my cat? How could they? How dare they?

For a second there I thought I would be invited to your baby shower .
I hope the results are all good news.
On that note, my mom came for lunch here after her follow up doctor's appointment. She is 80 and was told she was like 50 - so I think that was good news .

Cute baby. When will you get the results of your sonogram? I have to have one on my kidneys. I'm putting that off for now. Have a good day.

Well, please keep us posted and give us a delivery date. We will hold a huge mylot baby shower for your baby!
I do hope your medical tests all come out fine. I hate tests. It always stresses me out.

Sonigrams or ultrasounds can tell us a lot about our bodies, but they are a royal pain. Painless my.... I'd finish that sentance but it would set off the mylot attack dogs. Just know, it's something I don't enjoy. Hopefully yours yielded good results.

He used pregnancy kit before opting for sonography. Had he loved a girl, and been with her during her pregnancy, he would have known the details upfront. As things stand, he had to get pregnant to know relevant tests. Some men have to experience everything to understand anything.

Ultra sounds (sonograms) are really not usually painful.
We need to be at our “local” (45 minutes away) hospital at 7:15 AM on Thursday for my husband to have two scans of his liver and abdomen.
He’s not permitted breakfast before so we plan a breakfast date when we leave the hospital.

The title reminded me of a moment recently when someone congratulated me on being pregnant. Except that I am not. And I told her that it’s just a food belly, but she asked me if I’m sure that I am not pregnant.

@lovebuglena It is cute when 4-year-olds ask me if I have a baby inside. Or maybe not. But at least they're honest.

@TheHorse good! But people shouldn’t assume someone is pregnant just because they happen to have a belly. And if someone says they are not pregnant don’t doubt what they are telling you.

Why Congratulations Pony!!!! I am so glad for you.....when is the baby due? Well...you will be the first male member of human species to get pregnant..........Evil Grin.
And I am delighted the prod hurt you. You need spanking. Somebody should make you miserable. Pity I am unable to do that. Consider it me hurting you and consider it as your karma...
