Arguing with the Phone People...AGAIN.

We got sent a phone a couple weeks ago, I charged it and powered it on thinking alright the SIM card has been installed service is active- it should just turn on an do it's thing.
Not the case. Sunday I spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, as I complained about it to @AmbiePam and then they just disconnected me. When I called back they told me that they were closed.
Yesterday I got on chat two separate times being told that it would be rushed and fixed within 24 hours. This morning I checked the status- nobody had looked at it. I am currently on chat with them now, and they are acting like they have no idea what I am talkign about. This makes the 5th or 6th time that I have had to contact them about a phone that says its acitvated and is not.
So Frustrating!

I admire you for appearing to hang on to your sanity. My phone is going to the shop tomorrow. I still can barely get a charge, even when I’m holding it half upside down. Not even that seems to be doing anything. But your phone issues would make a Puritan curse.

I can imagine it’s frustrating though. Are they going to give you a loaner or anything. Or you just going to be without a phone while they do whatever needs to be done.

finally got the striaght talk phones fixed today, the government they sent us that was supposed to be a tablet still isnt activated, so ill argue with them some more tomorrow.

That's why I am not friends with physical sim cards. The cards are never atually active. You have to give an opporator numbers on the card itself to activate it.

These chats are not always helpful. I understand, had an issue with my number while I was out of the country and was promised 4 times it would be fixed , it was not fixed until I went back in the country and visited a physical store.
Hope you have better luch and get it fixed soon!
