Trump says he won't sign a national abortion ban

Abortion is a LOSING ISSUE for the GOP but they just don't seem to have figured that out yet. You'd think that they would have learned their lesson after the 2022 mid-term election and special elections in red states like Kansas but nope. They are all in on unpopular abortion bans. Trump repeatedly brags about being responsible for the overtuning of Roe v Wade. Trump ally Lindsay Graham wants a federal abortion ban. The Arizona state Supreme Court has just ruled that the state will go back to a mid-1800s law that was enacted when women didn't have the right to vote, Arizona wasn't even a state, and Abraham Lincoln was running for a second term as president. Yup they want to go alllllllllllllllllll the way back there. The immedate widespread outrage after that ruling was announced on Wednesday was GINORMOUS and it definitely put some fear into Republicans like Trump and even Kari Lake. That ultra-filtered clown show is on tape praising that ancient anti-abortion law but she immediately came out and said that the law had to be repealed. Trump was asked on camera yesterday if Arizona went too far with the ruling and he said yes. He then rambled about how he thinks that the governor and the state will get things "back in line". Folks this is what you need to know--TRUMP IS A LIAR. He says anything that he thinks will help him in any given moment and he means almost none of it. He has said in the past that women who have abortions should be punished. He brags about being responsible for overturning Roe v Wade. It is clear what his opinion on the issue is. Trump is simply saying what he thinks he needs to say in order to possibly hold on to or keep independents, suburban women, and suburban men who love the women in their lives. Mark my words: if Trump is re-elected he will 100% sign a national abortion ban.
