When i was in primary school, I really liked to study and going to school and cause the school was in the same place where I grew up so, familiar faces and all. Yes, there were some not happy moments but overall, i was really happy and I loved the teachers. Same in secondary school and university. There were some that made me almost break but I endured it. I graduated as a teacher of my language and I didn't want to work that at first but i decided to give it a chance. Long story short, I've never worked there. I sent a countless applications at first, noone invited me on the interview or when they did, they were surprised that i don't have experience even if the ad said no experience is needed.
Then, for a period of time, I didn't apply but tried again and they invented to exame candidates with the laws, which was too strange. Most of older generations learned the laws through their job. I went to some interviews but result was the same, no call.
Last year, I decided to quit applying, after 12 years, there was no need but i noticed one advertisement when there was mentioned simple interview, no literature included. I studied the school and hoped for change that they will ask me a question about my motivation, etc. So, I applied, they sent me the date of the interview and yesterday i showed up only to find out, with no shame from the headmistress or teachers's side that they will examine me laws. I tried to let them know most of school write the literature but i was gasligted that i was supposed to expect that. All in all, they returned me to time when i was a student. I tried to give them taste of their medicine and asked them a few questions about the school but answers were always the same, that i should know it all and how come i didn't learn that in university.
I can't believe that in this age instead of employing people, schools are now starting to molest you and in the interview. I actually worked in school as a teaching assistant and reisigned in one school after a month cause one teacher and teaching staff was molesting me; making me do things i shouldn't,calling me rude when i refused and in other schools i was looked down and they also treated me with no respect.
And then we are surprised when students are bringing guns and not sure what in schools. If these people are teaching them, what to say. I don't like schools anymore either.

I am sorry they were so rude to you.
I am not surprised however, as people who are working in places these days seem to have no respect as you say.

That is so true @RebeccaFarm Today at WinCo A cashier told a man to go look for what he wanted. The man got mad and left the store. I do not blame him either. He had a whole cart full of stuff that he just left.

I am sorry that you are going through that. When I start a new job, if I see things at work that I don't like or if peopla ask me to do things that are not in my job description, I try to develop an odd habit and emphasise on that. It depends on the environment of course, but sometimes when people think you a little odd they mind their own business. I am not sure if that can be helpful in any way but it has helped me.

It is awful the rubbish/trash that they are teaching today. If I had children, I would home school them.

it really is. i thought it will get better when i get older, like more mature and employers will appreciate that. no, they are far way worse. i was treated with more respect when i got my first job. awful times. according to that, i don't like being around people anymore. remote job would be a saver.

@Shivram59 i am sorry. my math teacher in high school made me cried and still asked me in front of the whole class why i'm crying. she was really mean. and when i graduated high school, i said hello to her one day but she didn't remember me or pretended not to remember. i then heard stories she had drinking problems. not a student's problem, i still think.
