What's for breakfast on the chilly and drizzly Sunday? How do you like your bacon?

I just cooked up a couple of eggs and two slices of bacon. It was yummy. Of course I'm having coffee on the side.
I like my bacon slightly undercooked, but sometimes I get lost in internet land, and it winds up too crispy. This morning I got it just right.
How do you like your bacon?
I'll be off to a friend's house this after noon to play some tunes. We may do a short set at the open mic tomorrow night.
How is your Sunday shaping up? And of course, what did you have for breakfast?

Not chilly and not drizzly. It’s beautiful here, the calm before a week of storms then cooler weather. I’ve had lunch and I’m ready to enjoy the great weather!!!

I like bacon with rice. The weather in Lake Charles is partly cloudy and warm outside.

I wasn't very hungry for breakfast, but I had to take a pill that requires food, so I had cinnamon toast. I love that and don't have it often, so it's a treat.

Chewy. Cooked but not to crispy. George likes the oppsite. He likes it crispy, so long as it's not burnt.

The one morning I decide to have breakfast I discover that you cannot make good pancakes with mix in a non-stick pan on a hot plate that just manages to heat things up. I will have to consider a better hot plate that acts more like a regular stove,

@TheHorse it depends on how much it would cost, I will have to explore hot plate possibilities, This one has to be heated on the highest or it won't even heat things,

I like my bacon crispy. I like the fat part cooked. I had a protein bar for breakfast. Have a good week.

I normally just have coffee for breakfast which I know that just having coffee is not good but I don't have much time to eat anything else, when I do have the time to eat breakfast I like my bacon slightly undercooked too. Hope you enjoy your day.
