Ants live in the sandy soil in my town, and they are impossible to avoid for the most part around here.
You just have to keep your kitchen really clean in order to keep them under control. And I don't like killing them, so that make it even harder to control.
So for breakfast I poured a bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios, and immediately tasted to unfortunately familiar taste of ANTS. So I spit that out into the bowl. Surely enough, they had somehow gotten into my cereal box.
I had to toss the rest of the Cheerios, luckily the box was already almost done.
I saved the box for crafting, and washed off the liner for crafting as well, I use those for when I am gluing paper.
I wasn't even upset too much, as I got to open my new box of Honey Comb, my favorite cereal.

I sometimes have to keep stuff in the refrigerator because of ants. I can't find where they are coming from

My kitchen was full of ants all this summer. I finally discovered how to take care of them. I placed every open box or jar in the fridge and every night I sprayed anti grease spray on the counter tops. It is not poisonous because I´m here.

Oh, no! That's horrible! I'm sorry you got ants in your cereal! That does not sound pleasant.

@gcwrites I can't imagine it was! It's no fun having ants in your food - unless you're on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!
