Have you tried a day without using money?
I tried. And I really haven't had a successful day :) No matter how hard I try, I still have to spend a certain amount of money on family activities, my child's education, or the daughters want to buy a school item, etc. ..
Let's see if you can pass the no-money challenge for a day :)

@jefferson126 What I mean is, even though I'm fully prepared for my family's needs for a week. But in the end, other needs still arise that require more money. Indeed, spending money is the driving force to make money!

"Going out of the house means spending money." This is always true, right? :)

It's easy. I go several days a month without anything going out. I don't need to buy something seven days a week. I pay my bills as they come in.

That's right. And it's also quite interesting. Small challenges like that make us realize many things :)

Really? I also usually do my grocery shopping once on the weekend. I'll try to see if I can go a week without using money?! But in the end I still have to spend money every day. Maybe because I live with 2 small children?

@tkonlinevn We are only two adults in the house. When we do not go out grocery shopping we do not spend money.

I do this often. BUT...we have to remember that even if we are not making actual purchases for things, we are all still spending money to exist. We use our homes and our utilities, we turn lights on and off, drive our cars, watch TV, take hot showers, and so on. So we are spending money, we just don't pay for it every day.

We certainly do! If we don't pay for them, we don''t have them!

Oh, you're so right. Obviously we spend money every day (actually we just haven't paid yet)

I have had days where I didn't spend any money..but I am still use electric which costs money. I probably won't physically spend any money today, but I do have a bill to pay. It could wait until tomorrow, but I would rather get it over with.

In my opinion, before saving money, we must make money. The money we make is enough for essential needs, then we can save.
Therefore, the first important thing is to make enough money. Right?
